Instructions for requesting deletion of a Bizbro360 user account, tenant workspace, or personal data, including verification, retained records, and contact details.

1. Overview
This page explains how Bizbro360 users can request deletion of an account, tenant workspace, or personal data. It is provided for website visitors, mobile app users, tenant owners, employees, and Google Play account deletion requirements.
Deleting a user account may not always delete the entire tenant workspace. Tenant business data is controlled by the tenant owner or authorized admin, and some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
2. How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to contact@mindauralabs.com from the email address linked to your Bizbro360 account when possible.
- Include your full name, registered phone number, account email, tenant or business name, and the type of deletion requested.
- Specify whether you want to delete your user account, employee profile access, tenant workspace, uploaded files, support records, or another specific data category.
- If you are a tenant owner requesting workspace deletion, include proof that you are authorized to close the tenant account.
- Do not include passwords, OTPs, complete payment card details, or unrelated sensitive documents in the request.
3. Verification
We may verify your identity and authority before deleting data. Verification may include confirming access to your registered email or phone, checking tenant ownership, asking for account context, or coordinating with the tenant admin where the tenant controls the data.
4. Data that may be deleted
- User profile details, login access, device tokens, and non-essential account preferences.
- Employee work-location history subject to the standard 7-day retention cycle.
- Uploaded files, support records, or workspace records where deletion is requested by an authorized tenant owner and no retention requirement applies.
- Marketing or prospect records where deletion is requested by the relevant contact and no legal basis for retention remains.
5. Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained after a deletion request where necessary or legally permitted. Retained data is limited and protected according to the Privacy Policy.
- Invoices, tax records, payment references, subscription records, audit logs, and accounting records required by law or business compliance.
- Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, backup, and dispute-resolution records.
- Records controlled by a tenant owner or admin where the requester is not authorized to delete the tenant workspace.
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify a specific person or tenant.
6. Timing and confirmation
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. Complex tenant, billing, tax, or dispute-related requests may take longer. Once completed, we may send confirmation to the verified contact email.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups or logs for a limited period until those systems rotate or expire, unless earlier deletion is technically feasible and legally required.
7. Effect of deletion
Deletion may permanently remove access to the app, tenant workspace, invoices, reports, files, subscriptions, support history, and related services. Before requesting tenant deletion, export records that your business needs for tax, accounting, employee, customer, supplier, or legal purposes.
