Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Bizbro360, operated by Mindaura Labs. By creating an account, using the website, installing the mobile app, accessing a tenant workspace, or using any Bizbro360 service, you agree to these terms.

If you use Bizbro360 for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business and manage its users, data, subscriptions, and billing choices.

Bizbro360 provides business management software for Indian SMBs, including GST billing, inventory, POS, customer and supplier management, purchases, employees, job work, reports, payment reminders, subscriptions, admin tools, and related support services.

Features may vary by plan, platform, user role, region, app version, and configuration. We may add, improve, limit, rename, or remove features as the product evolves.

• Tenant owners and admins are responsible for accurate business information, authorized users, role permissions, branch access, settings, and activity inside their workspace.
• Users must keep credentials, OTPs, devices, and sessions secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of data entered into Bizbro360, including invoices, tax details, employee records, customer records, and uploaded files.
• You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent a business, or create accounts for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Paid plans, limits, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, trials, renewals, and add-ons are shown in the app, website, invoice, or payment flow. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay, app stores, or other payment providers. Their terms and payment processing rules may also apply.

• You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges for the selected plan and renewal cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in reminders, feature limits, suspension, or termination after reasonable notice where practicable.
• Billing records may be retained for tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements.

You may cancel a subscription according to the active billing flow, payment provider, or app-store rules. Cancellation usually stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund eligibility depends on the plan, payment channel, promotional offer, usage, legal requirements, and provider policies. For billing help, contact contact@mindauralabs.com with your tenant name, account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.

• Do not use Bizbro360 for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected parts, or interfere with service reliability.
• Do not store content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaks applicable employment, tax, consumer, telecom, or data-protection laws.
• Do not misuse SMS, email, WhatsApp, notifications, or support channels for spam, harassment, phishing, or deceptive communication.

As between you and Bizbro360, tenant business data remains owned by the tenant or relevant data owner. You grant Bizbro360 the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, display, analyze, and support that data to provide and improve the service.

Tenant admins control user access and are responsible for obtaining permissions, notices, and consents required for employee, customer, supplier, and business records they enter into the platform.

Work Location Sharing is designed for tenant-authorized workforce visibility. Tenant owners and admins are responsible for using employee location features lawfully, transparently, and only for legitimate business purposes.

Employees can start and stop sharing from the app. Tenant owners and managers may view current location and recent history when permissions allow. Misuse of location data may lead to suspension or termination.

Bizbro360 may integrate with payment gateways, SMS providers, email providers, cloud storage, Firebase, app stores, analytics, maps, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, or actions outside our control.

Your use of Google Play, Apple, Razorpay, Firebase, Google Maps, SMS networks, and other providers may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, network issues, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, or events beyond our control. We may provide support by email, chat, phone, admin tools, or in-app channels depending on the plan and issue.

Bizbro360, its software, website, designs, workflows, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Mindaura Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bizbro360 intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative services from Bizbro360 except as expressly permitted in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security risk, misuse the service, violate law, or cause harm to Bizbro360, users, providers, or third parties. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, access may stop and data may be retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy, legal requirements, backups, and operational retention rules.

Bizbro360 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business, tax, accounting, employment, or legal requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing invoices, tax calculations, reports, employee records, and business decisions before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizbro360 and Mindaura Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Bizbro360, Mindaura Labs, and their team from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your data, your users, your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, the parties should try to resolve disputes in good faith through written notice and support escalation.
